Design capacity building and exchange programmes to spark the imagination of African talents and influence upskilling of indigenous creatives. The Capacity Building element of the REPAC Model focuses on African creatives. The goal is to
- nurture interest in creative disciplines
- nurture creative talents
- design, develop, and implement creative talents into skills
- Build confidence and develop creative expression suitable for indigenous and global stages.
These goals will be achieved through incubator programmes, community and school outreach programmes, and mentorships.
TCE accepts invitations to schools and creative gatherings or causes.
