KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Out of 12 entrepreneurship facilitators(8 men and 3 women), earned the only facilitator who facilitated 3 different in-person sessions out of the 17 entrepreneurship sessions of the IAU Connecting Accra project curriculum by Imperial College London in partnership with Impact Hub Accra for 120 UGBS students (both undergraduate and graduate students).
  • Facilitated the maiden Design Thinking workshop on “How creative businesses can utilise technology to enhance their business using a Human Centred Design approach”, organized by International Trade Centre, West Africa Competitiveness Programme (WACOMP) in partnership with Impact Hub for 44 businesses with13 being women-owned across Technology, Textile and Fashion.
  • Developed an attractive Go To-Market Execution plan, yielding 27.1% (+7.1% above target) Service Revenue for Vodafone Ghana’s Enterprise VAS as against a target of 20% growth.
  • Part of the 2 female panelists featured as part of the 6 young business owners on the panel discussion – “Keys to developing ideas that can become viable businesses”, as part of the ORID and Partners Launch Innovation for African Universities Connecting Accra.
  • Project led the execution of Vodafone Ghana’s Project Trojan: a 360˚winning strategy of leveraging in a youth-centric environment/competitive stronghold (Kumasi) to the CEO and Operational Committee team.
